The process was smooth. The interview scheduling and the interviewers were quite friendly. The usage of AI was allowed and that made the coding round go smoother. I could have done a little better on System Design not up to the mark I'd say. Also, highlighting my past experience showcased my less experience in leading teams.

I would emphasize on using AI extensively. They are AI first company. So, make use of it even in the interview

The work life balance might be compromised. The recruiter said they themselves were new and were finding it difficult to balance the team and individual needs
