Interview is very structured. Recruiter tells you what to focus on. Capital One cases are more business centric.

The interview lasted about four hours and was divided into several sections. One section focused on behavioral questions, where I was asked about my past experiences, how I handle different situations, and examples of teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Another section assessed my math skills through quantitative and analytical questions. The final section was technical and conceptual, testing my understanding of fundamental technical concepts, my reasoning process, and how I approached solving technical problems rather than simply recalling facts.

Friendly recruiter screening (looking for good communication) and senior PM (mini-case). Mini-case was easy. Power day is ahead (final), and reportedly has much lower low pass rate. Calculators allowed, so evaluation is focused more on thinking and communication.

The process is a bit different than other companies. They are thorough and stress a lot of importance on the cases you will have to complete. The recruiter is very supportive throughout the process.

The behaviorals were quite easy as they're pretty standard to any firm but what didn't go well was my lack of knowledge on the technical architecture

Overall was pretty easy, helped that I was connected to the HM from the start of the process (found the role through their post on LI) and got a referral through them before talking to the recruiter. Cases are pretty easy as long as you prepare for them. C1 provided some materials for that. Product interview is very easy. Just pick a digital product beforehand and know it really well - interviewer will ask you about the product you've chosen and ask you questions about it.
