I found the karat assesment difficult. the first half is intended to be a technical conversation, and then the second half an algorithm-style proble. I didnt feel that the first question itself was that tricky? but I could tell they were looking for a different answer, the interviewer basically stopped me and let me know I have 45 minutes to answer the question so make sure I use the whole time, but I did not. I think the leetcode problem went fine, but ultimately I struggled to fill the time appropriately

Interview was okay. Prepare behavior questions, and SQL questions. SQL involved date calculation, and aggregation

The interview consists of two parts: a 45 min LC style coding and 15 mins conversation on your prior projects. The 45 min question was to build an arithmetic evaluator. For that, you have to use the Shunting Yard algorithm. It was only "+", "-", "(" and ")". I'm not sure if we would have used more operators, maybe some with precedence, if I had gone further. I had a hard time understanding the interviewer. I learned later on from Chat that you should contact your recruiter immediately if this happens.

The process overall was very thorough. They are looking for more technically leaning PMs who are familiar with AI tools and landscape at this time.

The interviewer was nice, however kept interrupting me and push to the next step while I was answering the question. I felt the interviewer was in a rush and wanted to get certain signals by asking specific questions which threw me off a bit as I felt they kinda guiding the interview while i was doing it on my own pace.

It was fast and thoughtful. I didn't really get any feedback on what could have gone better but in general the folks were thoughtful and the conversations were high quality.
