“The process included an initial recruiter screen followed by two APM-style interviews focused on product sense, analytical thinking, and execution. I felt strong on the product design and user-focused questions, but I could have been more structured and quantitative when discussing metrics and tradeoffs.”

“Online application, then technical product manager interview, where I had to talk them through improving a selected product.”

“Overall, the interview question was clear and easy to understand. The problem review system was clear for going through the task, though the review experience could be a little more intuitive and streamlined. A clearer way to review the problem details and navigate between sections would make the overall experience smoother. ”

“Process was straightforward with quick feedback. Got a 3d dp and then easy second interview which was standard hashmap manipulation.”

“The process felt quite rigorous, with multiple stages and a lot of coordination involved. There were also periods where communication felt fragmented—for example, it took some time to hear back between stages, and one of the interviews started noticeably late. While everyone I spoke with was professional and engaging, more consistent communication throughout the process would have made for a smoother candidate experience.”

“The process was more rigorous than most interviews I’ve done at other large tech companies. The recruiter was accurate and helpful about what to expect, which made it easier to prepare. The interviews themselves were structured and generally well run. A few questions and follow-ups caught me off guard, and some rounds felt more dependent on navigating ambiguity in the moment than I expected.”

“In coding rounds, the questions asked were NOT leetcode based. Both coding rounds had follow ups. Expection is to have working solutions. In one of the system design rounds, there was unusally more focus on the APIs than the actual design.”

“Exactly what people say the behaviorals are. 5 behaviorals across 2 interviews. In the first techncial one, I got asked 9 SQL and 1 Python. Messed up the python”

“I was refer to this job by my friend. After my profile got shortlisted I got my interview schedule immediately. And got the interview feedback within a day. All this process took around 2-3 days. ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
