It was a good experience but I was able to find something else so I'm glad it didn't work out. The recruiter was nice but the hiring manager seemed a bit distracted and in the end it wasn't a good fit.

After the recruiting screen, I had a call with a bar raiser / very senior PM at the company. Hiring manager interview where they dug into my past work experience, strategy, and impact The interview was focused on platform thinking and was pretty challenging but reasonable. The final round included an interview panel session with another PM of a similar level, the hiring manager, and the director of the team I was interviewing for. I walked them through my product proposal and they dug into the technical / UX trade-offs of the decisions I made

The recruiter was nice. The interviewer was also very nice. But, the process was rigourous. Probably the most difficult techinical screen interview I have given in my career. My nervousness added to the unpreparedness even after preparing for 2 weeks straight didn't help. 1 hour interview. For Data Science role, easy DSA is a must. No SQL allowed in the job. Python pandas advanced proficiency is a must.
