Process was smooth. Recruiter was incredible and very communicative. They provided good verbal feedback and enough tips on each round to adequately prepare. People I interviewed with were all kind and seemed neutral vs certain companies where it feels like they want you to fail.

The process was a part of campus recruiting. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and the rounds were conversational. 30-40% of the interview time was dedicated towards behavioural fit questions.

The process was pretty straightforward. Interviews were primarily focused on behavioural types of questions and my past work experience. I had a list of STAR stories prepared.
