The process was more rigorous than anything I'd done at other big tech companies, but the recruiter was actually accurate and helpful on what to prepare, which is rare and I really appreciated that. A few things caught me off guard: one round had a live vibecoding part embedded mid-interview that they didn't fully explain upfront. What they were really watching wasn't the output, it was how you think when the constraint shows up unexpectedly. Another case round sounded straightforward on the surface but the follow-ups went much more specific: how you'd tell two types of failure apart, how you'd set up a experiment, exactly when you'd iterate vs. walk away. None of my framework prep helped with this level of detail, but it didn't seem like they care about a specific answer as much as they wanted to see how I think about things when I don't have an answer ready.
