The Exponent membership includes exclusive access to all of the course content, unlimited peer mock interviews, our subscriber-only Slack channel, and so much more! Our courses include detailed lessons, guides, videos, and frameworks to help you ace your interview. All of our courses include free lessons - browse our courses at tryexponent.com/courses.
The Exponent Slack Channel is a private community of thousands of other Exponent members. Our Slack Channel has relevant, fresh information on acing interviews and recent interview experiences shared by candidates like yourself.
You can visit the account Page, click "Edit Profile", and there you will find a checkbox to go anonymous and select a username.
You can change your email by visiting the account Page. If you originally signed up with Google or Facebook, you'll need to set a new password before you can change your email.
At this time, Exponent support offers assistance with account and service-related issues. If you would like more in-depth advice, we recommend you take a look at coaching.
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 AM - 8 PM PT. You can expect a response within 2 business days.
Users can delete their accounts on the account Page. You will be prompted to cancel your auto-renew subscriptions first. For security reasons, you will need to set a password and enter it on deletion. You will lose all access to subscriptions and coaching credits upon deletion.
If you aren’t satisfied with your membership for any reason, reach out to us and let us know how we can help. We offer full refunds within 5 days of purchase.
Your Exponent membership will renew automatically. You can cancel your plan at any time before your renewal date by visiting the account page.

Coaching

Our interviewing coaching is a core pillar of the Exponent interview preparation experience. In addition to self-studying on our platform and practicing with mock interviews, you can give yourself the best chance of landing your dream role by seeking feedback from our expert interview coaches who can help level-up your interview presence, refine your responses, and highlight any pitfalls. Most students book 3-5 sessions to make the most of the coaching experience. Watch this overview video to learn more about our coaching offerings. When you are ready for your first session, visit our coaching page to book a coach.
Before and during the 60 minute session, you'll discuss your goals and your coach will customize the session to tailor to your areas of improvement. During and after the session, you'll receive detailed feedback and guidance on how to improve. Some examples of what we might cover in our sessions include designing and specifying a product together, mini-brainstorm exercises, or collaborative product strategy sessions.
Exponent Coaches are experienced product managers, engineers, and industry experts who have been hand-picked and vetted by Exponent. Coaches are rigorously selected, and you can review their full profile before booking.
If you purchased a discounted coaching session as an add-on with your membership, reply directly to the confirmation email with the name of your selected coach to view availability and redeem the session. If you purchased coaching sessions for a specfic coach on our website, follow the instructions in the confirmation email to book your sessions.
Yes! We have coaches who can service any time zone you are in.
You can preview the upcoming availability for each coach on their profile page. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] if your need is urgent.
The purchase of a coaching session does not include Exponent's membership.
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours ahead of time out of consideration for our coaches. Missed sessions or cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours will count as a used session.
