Interview process

few stages: an initial recruiter conversation, a technical screening, and then a set of onsite or virtual interviews. The technical rounds typically cover coding/DSA, system design, and behavioral or leadership-oriented questions. For a Senior role, I’d expect system design and demonstrating technical leadership to carry significant weight. I’d also prepare for Googleyness/culture-related questions

  • Recruiter screen
  • Technical interview
  • Final round

Interview tips

focus less on memorizing LeetCode and more on demonstrating senior-level engineering judgment. Get very comfortable with DSA—especially graphs, trees, recursion, DP, and common data-structure patterns—but practice explaining your thinking clearly while coding. Spend serious time on system design: scalability, APIs, data modeling, caching, consistency, reliability, bottlenecks, and trade-offs.

Company culture

strong emphasis on collaboration, intellectual curiosity, technical excellence, and working well in ambiguous environments. At Senior level, I’d want to show that I can influence without authority, help others grow, and make thoughtful decisions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
