Interview process
The process was smooth and candidate friendly. The recruiter gave enough context about the rounds. I found the feedback received was at a very high level and not much details were shared specifically for the design round.

Interview tips
I would recommend to have a very strong technical skills even though it is EM position. Together with technical skills, you should be prepared with different instances on leadership and people management with STAR format. Keep different projects/stories for different instances.
Company culture
The interviewer were cordial. The process was structured and streamlined. The only thing that I would ask for is a detailed feedback.
