New-grad FDE jobs
Most FDE programs want 3–7 years of experience plus production LLM work — but three real onramps exist for students and new grads right now. Palantir is the deepest: intern → “Year at Palantir” → new-grad FDSE at $135k–$145k base. Sierra added a Software Engineer, Agent (New Grad 2027) req in August 2026 at $150k–$180k, and Salesforce hires at the associate level into its FDE pods. Google’s FDE I level and IBM’s co-op — real onramps earlier in 2026 — are currently between windows.
