"My Answer. Please let me know your feedback. I have led many projects throughout my career. So, whenever I lead the project, I first try to clarify the goals and values delivered. For example, I was in charge of Data Analytics projects at my employment at a Startup. The team’s goal was launching the MVP. First, I discussed with the CEO to define the clear goal and scope for each of the projects. Next, I identified all the key stakeholders and received their inputs on the project's different a"

"During my internship at Inceptra Analytics, our team was working on improving the monthly reporting process for the operations department. I proposed switching from manual Excel reports to a Power BI dashboard to automate and visualize key metrics. However, some team members were hesitant—they felt the current process, although tedious, was more familiar and controllable. My task was to get buy-in from the team to adopt a more efficient reporting method without causing disruption or resistance."

"I think rapport with the team is key to deciding what one of these members can do that would bring more development capability to him, the team and the project. Analyzing the skill and attitude of my team members in advance and putting them in the role where they are strongest and happiest has been an important factor in my success stories. Taking care to identify a potential leader in the team will make it evolve faster as well. So this is how I make decisions when forming a squad for a spec"

"During my internship at Datavibe Insights, I was initially brought on to assist with routine data cleaning and Excel reporting for the procurement team. My main task was to support weekly report generation, but I noticed inefficiencies in how data from multiple vendors was being manually compiled and formatted each week. Without being asked, I took the initiative to build an automated reporting tool using Excel Power Query and macros. It cleaned, merged, and visualized the data with a few clicks"

"Had to refactor code at recent startup after having it fully deployed and working. This was due to us hitting some performance and UX issues. What I did was refactor the core engine first myself, and then line up a work team to progressively refactor the edges and exception flows that sit around the core. Completed in 4 weeks."

"Follow STAR Example: In my most recent role at x, we've been working every quarter to set our quarterly goals or even decide for the year but given in 2022 we've been through a great resignation phase there was a high attrition because of which we have overloaded engineering teams. During last quarterly planning, I started to question with my manager about giving a focus to our engineering, so we complete one thing absolutely fine which is more impactful for our customers and add immediate val"

By the way, implementing an animation were hard without the progress of it. So we wanted to see an immediate progress. So I decided to use tools or libraries such as Lottie or Kite. "I always ask to clarify if this is a brand new team. If so, then I focus on bringing in people with strong technical aptitudes(since I'm hiring for software engineering), but also team members that have experience mentoring and good communication is a must. I look for people who have leadership qualities. I emphasize that building a brand new team isn't something I can do on my own, so the initial hires of that team are very important to help me expand it."
